How to let your customers start a ticket with a screen recording in it ?

Support agents can request recordings from customers using Birdie within Freshdesk. If you want to go further and let your customers submit tickets with a screen recording already in it, you'll need to add Birdie to your Freshdesk portal.

Our snippet comes with default messages already setup for German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and default in English. However your can either customize those messages or add your own translations.
