Birdie is a screen recording tool built for Customer Support teams.

The Birdie app allows both customers and agents to record their screen inside Freshdesk in order to resolve issues easier and faster.

How to set up Birdie on Freshdesk

1. Install Birdie app

Before installing the app, you will need to go to your Freshdesk account, and copy your API Token. This token can be found in your Profile Settings, at the top right you will find your api key.
