Support agents can request recordings from customers using Birdie within Zendesk. If you want to go further and let your customers submit tickets with a screen recording already in it, you'll need to add Birdie to your Zendesk Help Center and/or your Zendesk widget on your website.

Steps to follow:
Open Zendesk Guide and click on "Guide Admin".
In the left menu, go to "Themes" (👁 icon).
In your "live theme", click "Customize" and then click on the bottom right "Edit code".
Locate the file "footer.hbs" and paste the code snippet at the end of the file.

Click "Publish". You are done.
