What Zest for Zendesk does

Zest is a screen recording tool built for Customer Support teams.

The Zest app allows both customers and agents to record their screen inside Zendesk in order to resolve issues easier and faster.

The main use cases are:

• reply to a support inquiry by recording your screen from Zendesk composer
• request customers and visitors for a screen recording from Zendesk composer
• ask for a screen recording as a followup action of a new ticket created over email

• Zest works with all browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Brave and Opera)
• Zest doesn't support mobile

How to set up Zest on Zendesk

1. Install Zest app
