The recorder is translated into different Languages.
To define which languages to translate the recorder, Birdie follow this specific order:
First,
Zendesk Language setting for the specific customer.
if the language is not supported, it falls back on:
Browser’s language
if the language is not supported, it falls back on:
English
If you want to change Zendesk Language setting for the specific customer
, here is how to do it:
*(1) Go on the user's profile > (2) setup the user language to Spanish
> then (3) refresh the browser, as shown on the second screenshot below.
Open another ticket and re-ask for a recording: this time the new video request link will display Birdie recorder in Spanish
language.*
