1. What Birdie for Jira does
Birdie is a screen recording tool built for Customer facing teams.
The Birdie app allows both customers and agents to record their screen inside Jira in order to resolve issues easier and faster.
Main use cases are:
- Customers can make a screen recording directly on Jira’s portal, either to create an issue or comment on an existing one.
- When adding a comment or replying to a customer on Jira’s portal, agents can either:
- Request a screen recording from customers
- Send a screen recording to customers
