What Birdie for Freshchat does

Birdie is a screen recording tool built for Customer Support teams.

The Birdie app allows both customers and agents to record their screen inside Freshchat in order to resolve issues easier and faster.

How to set up Birdie on Freshchat

1. Install Birdie app

Before installing the app, you will need to go to your Freshchat account, and copy your API Token. This token can be found in your account Settings, in the API TOKENS block as illustrated below.

Once there, hit the small "Copy" button and you're good for the next steps. 💡 If there is no token showing here yet, just hit the top-right button "Generate Token".
